The bedroom
The room is 16 square meter, fully-furnished: queen size bed, drawer-chest, wardrobe, desk, and your private sink. It also has a window-door to the veranda and the garden.

The apartment
The apartment itself is very large (150 square meter), it has 3 bedrooms, with a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, tv room, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, separated wc, nice garden, free wireless internet, TV/VCR/DVD. 

 

The location
It is situated in Forest, near place Albert and Altitude 100. Close to all facilities and 2 big parks. 
Very easy access to a lot of public transport: (bus 54, 48 and tram 51, 4, 3) 
30 minutes to University, 20 minutes to EU, 15 minutes to city center) 
Laundry is around the corner of our street.

I am a retired lady, you'll share the apartment with me and with a swedish girl who rents the third bedroom. I've been renting the rooms for more than 10 years and I've always had wonderful experiences. I'm looking for someone quiet and respectful.
